Refund policy

The way you will receive your refund is based on your original payment method.
We accept returns strictly if the goods are damaged or faulty or with factory defects within 30 days of the original proof of purchase. (in-store and online) 

Under no circumstance do we accept returns if the customer does not appreciate the product, does not appreciate the quality or has ordered the wrong size before contacting us.  
Sizing Issue:
Please, contact us before you order if you are unsure of the size? as some of our products are European fit or slim fit, so you must order one size down must be ordered. Most items that have a discrepancy in sizing will have a mention (e.g. European Small fits Extra Small) etc.
Refunds:
We offer refunds within 30 days of the original purchase only if the customer can provide us with an online invoice. We do not offer refunds online if the item has been purchased in-store. All in-store products must be returned in-store with a physical cash register receipt.
Gift cards never expire and are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash value or can be combined with any other in-store promotion.

In-Store on Online goods must be in immaculate and re-saleable unworn condition with original tags and plastic packaging and from a non-tobacco environment. 
Before you ship your item back to us: 
We will not accept returns without prior arrangements made via electronic mail correspondence and to our discretion and only with a valid RA # (Return Authorization Number) provided by our Online Customer Service via email.
You must validate the tentative return with photographic evidence only, stating damage or issue so we can resolve the situation as soon as possible; you cannot claim faulty goods after 30 days of the original purchase.
We do not manufacture the product, so any claims concerning quality must be brought forward to the manufacturer. We only act as a reseller and cannot warrant the quality by motorsports teams, drivers, leagues, or brands.

Claims must be sent to brand owners, and they will decide if they would like to refund or exchange the item. 
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us and pay duties or other taxes before the goods enter Canada.  

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied courier evidence of having despatched the goods, whichever is the earliest. We may also charge a 20% additional restocking fee if the goods are returned without our consent and if items are lower than 20.00$ CAD$.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the goods are sold out and discounted deeply by over 60% off the original price.
We can only offer an exchange for another similar product or for the same original value of the original item ordered or purchased if the item you requested is sold out.
In-store and online promotions:
Our promotion policy is clear and should serve as a resource definition that specifies rules and properties to apply when promoting objects with starting and ending times and dates.
The use of a promotion policy prevents having to redefine the set of rules each time our products or services are promoted.
Our promotions include flash sales, Black Friday, and Boxing Week Sale items.
Promotions cannot be retroactively applied once items have been purchased.
Cancellation of an order after a customer becomes aware of our current promotions does not warrant access to the latter.
Once a promotion is expired, it is final.
Suppose the customer would like to revoke, annul or ship back the items without our agreement or acknowledgment. In that case, the customer will be obligated to pay a 20% restocking fee and will not be disbursed or refunded.
