DOMESTIC REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY (CANADA ONLY)

  • 30-Day Refund/Exchange Policy (Regular Season Items and Full Price Only)

  • Eligible Canadian orders qualify for a complimentary pre-paid return label on full price items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Exceptions on a Case-by-Case Basis: We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders. However, exceptions may be made under specific conditions.
  • Customer Agreement Required: International customers who qualify for an exception must cover all costs related to returning items, including shipping fees, duties, and any additional charges.

ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns without prior agreement will incur a 5% handling fee, with return shipping costs at the buyer's expense.
  • Quality Issues: Claims related to quality must be directed to the brand owners (e.g., PUMA, ADIDAS, Stichd, Castore, New Era, Red Bull GMBH, NHL, NBA, MLS). FANABOX™ will facilitate communication but is not liable for product faults. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Sizing: For questions about sizing (e.g., European fits), contact us directly.
  • Final Sale Items: No exchanges or refunds for fit, color, or style dissatisfaction. Items discounted over 30% are final sale.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Domestic & USA Shipping: Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or DHL within 1-2 business days.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide but do not accept returns outside North America.
  • Latin America Orders: Photo ID required, matching order details, for all shipments.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

  • Secure Payment: Orders must clear PayPal security before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders for security or pricing errors.
  • Address Verification: Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be canceled.

TAXES & IMPORT FEES

  • Canadian Orders: Applicable provincial taxes will be charged.
  • International Orders: Import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

  • Usage Restrictions: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined or applied retroactively. In-store and online prices may differ.

IN-STORE PICKUP (MONTREAL, QUEBEC)

  • Pickup Requirements: Orders must be collected within 7 business days with a valid photo ID and a digital or printed invoice. No in-store refunds or exchanges for online purchases.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Shipping Method: Online returns must be shipped back using the original shipping method. In-store returns are not accepted.

SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

  • Carrier Delays: FANABOX™ is not responsible for delays caused by weather, labor strikes, or peak seasons.
  • Lost Packages: Please allow 2-3 days for lost packages to surface. Claims may take 3-6 weeks to resolve.
