**Shipping Information**
Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over 99.95 CAD before taxes.
Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over 85.58 USD (no taxes applied)
**Timely Dispatch:**
Items are typically shipped the same day before 2:00 P.M. or within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.
**Tracking and Addresses:**
All packages include tracking numbers, insurance and signature. The signature option cannot be removed. While we generally avoid P.O. Box shipments, if requested, customers assume all risks due to tracking limitations.
**Shipping Methods:**
Within Canada, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service and other national courriers (Canpar, Nationex, FedEx etc.). For Ontario and Toronto GTA (non-remote areas), Purolator Small Package Express is utilized. Proximal provinces to Quebec receive Purolator unless large items or specific conditions apply.
**Signature Proof:**
We provide added proof of signatures for all Canadian and U.S. shipments. Customers may request additional overnight, urgent or Express Delivery services this at their own expense.
**Liability and Responsibility:**
Once items are tracked and delivered per the shipper's website with the correct tracking number, FANABOX™ and its general partners are cleared of any liability for loss, theft, tampering, or misplacement. Customers bear full responsibility in such instances.
**Standard International Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are pro-rated based on the threshold of the country and location. Examples of average shipping rates with UPS, DHL, FedEx etc.:
Mexico: $49.95 CAD = 618.00 Mexican pesos = $37.00 USD (no Canadian taxes)
Europe: $59.95 CAD = 41.00 Euros (no Canadian VAT applied)
Australia: $69.95 CAD = $78.00 AUD (no Canadians taxes)

**International Duties and Taxes:
International customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes levied by their respective countries' customs authorities. We have no control over these charges as they are determined by the recipient's government.
Refusal of Shipments: Items cannot be refused upon delivery, as this may result in additional charges. If a shipment is refused, the amount will be charged back to you.
Please note that we are required to pay for shipping back to Canada and may incur additional duties and taxes, which will be passed on to you.
