Politique d'expédition

Items are shipped out within 24-48 hours, except on weekends. All packages are sent with tracking numbers; we prefer not to ship to P.O.BOX addresses, we can do so, but the customer bears all risks since we cannot track items or add a signature proof.

We usually ship within Canada with Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service; within Ontario and Toronto GTA area (non-remote areas), we will use Purolator Small Package Express. In other proximal provinces to Quebec, we will also use Purolator unless the package has large items (e.g. jackets, multiple items exceeding over three pieces, items over 10 lbs (pounds) die-casts, or big bulky orders). Under no circumstances will we pay for added proof of signatures for the U.S. or Canada. You may do so but at your request. If items are lost, misplaced, stolen, or tampered with, you assume full responsibility and clear FANABOX™ and its general partners of any liability once goods have been proven to be tracked and delivered via the shipper's website and the tracking number is correct.
