Free Shipping Offers

  • Canada: Enjoy free shipping on all Canadian orders over $99.95 CAD (before taxes).

  • United States: Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $85.58 USD (no taxes applied).

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped same day before 2:00 P.M. EST, or within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer. If so, we’ll notify you by email.

Tracking & Delivery Addresses

  • All shipments include tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation for your protection.

  • A signature on delivery is mandatory and cannot be waived.

  • We generally avoid P.O. Box deliveries. If you request a P.O. Box shipment, you assume all associated risks due to limited tracking visibility.

Shipping Methods

  • Within Canada: Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service and trusted national couriers, including GLS, ICS Courrier, Canpar, Nationex, Purolator, and FedEx.
    During any Canada Post service disruptions or strikes, alternate carriers may be used.

  • Ontario & GTA: We primarily use Canada Post, GLS, and Purolator Small Package Express for non-remote deliveries.

  • Nearby provinces (e.g., Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick): Typically shipped via Canada Post, GLS, Purolator or other, unless oversized or subject to special handling requirements.

  • International Shipments: Sent via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or another trusted carrier, depending on destination and service availability.

Signature Proof

  • All Canadian and U.S. shipments include proof of signature for verification.

  • Customers may request Express, Overnight, or Priority Delivery Services at an additional cost.

Liability & Responsibility

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier with the correct tracking number, FANABOX™ and its partners are released from liability for:

  • Loss

  • Theft

  • Tampering

  • Misplacement

Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
A restocking fee of at least 20% will apply, depending on package weight and handling. This fee applies to items that are not collected or missed after the carrier (including Canada Post, GLS, UPS, and other couriers) has issued a delivery or pickup notification.

🌍 International Shipping

Rates: International shipping rates are pro-rated based on destination and service level.
Sample estimates (approximate):

  • Mexico: $49.95 CAD ≈ $618 MXN ≈ $37 USD (no Canadian taxes)

  • Europe: $59.95 CAD ≈ €41 EUR (no Canadian VAT)

  • Australia: $69.95 CAD ≈ $78 AUD (no Canadian taxes)
    Actual rates may vary by courier, destination, and package size.

International Duties & Taxes

  • Recipients are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their local authorities.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.

  • Do not refuse international deliveries. Refusing a shipment will result in:

    • Return shipping charges to Canada

    • Applicable re-entry duties and taxes
